A neighbourhood table built around honest ingredients, unhurried cooking, and the kind of meal that keeps people talking long after the plates are cleared.
A small table, a big appetite for doing things properly.
TASTE HOUSE began as a weekend supper club run out of a converted garage — three tables, one menu, no reservations. It grew because the food didn't cut corners: stock made from scratch, bread proofed overnight, vegetables bought the morning they're cooked. That same rhythm still runs the kitchen today, just with a few more chairs.
Dry-aged sirloin, charred over open flame, finished with smoked butter and roasted garlic jus. Served with hand-cut fries.
"Every dish felt considered — nothing on the plate by accident."
